About Me

Goals: to be bright-eyed and bushy tailed.

Currently in New Hampshire, I work as a health and wellness coach for adults w mental illness. My clients are some of my favorite people. I have a degree in Community Health and Prevention Sciences w a minor in Global Public Health. I’ve also dabbled in linguistics, anatomy, creative writing/poetry and yoga and spend time up at an ashram in rural Maine. I helped start a spoken word group known as Word Dog in Missoula, MT where I lived for the better part of the past decade. I also worked full time there at a group home for highly traumatized teenage boys. Somewhere in there was a year living in a house for interreligious cooperation, good and bad psychedelic trips (more than I’d lime to a admit) and working a few kitchen and caregiving jobs. I like good coffee and tea, good stories, all kinds of spirtuality (except the shitty ones), climbing small mountains, gossiping, paddleboarding, improv’ed improv and kitchen magic. I love sharing what means something to me, as it’s all too easy to revert to an automatic existential dread/nihilism. Thanks for being here 🙂
